Cupcakes? Yes, cupcakes they can be a delightful decorating option opening up a new "canvas" to display your art. Today cupcakes are not just delegated as the other choice for what dessert should be served at a child's birthday party or a quick snack to munch on. They have been promoted to a more prominent place - sometimes they are even the guest of honor at the wedding dessert table.

Cupcakes have been commented on in a chat by Collette Peters at www.modrnbride.com - someone had asked about using them for a wedding. I have also seen some wedding dessert tables where the individual cupcakes were decorated and then set upon a tiered cake stand or dessert stand stacked and the effect was outstanding. Now if someone does request doing cupcakes, remember they can be more time consuming since they are individual items and are being customized so if you are selling them retail be sure and make the customer aware of this and charge appropriately for your time and effort.
