The first category we will explore is the business plan. The "Business Plan" centered technology strategy is one that requires a great deal of time, effort and in some cases money, depending on how large your business is or will get. If you want to be successful in implementing technology in the business place, you must first start with your business plan. For most businesses this means a deep review and even a rework of the entire plan. If you're a new business, you need to write one. The reason for this is that most businesses that started five or more years ago would not have even begun to consider items in their business plan under today's business operations environment.
