Part 5 - It's all about Image - Page 2© Tracy Ryan
For example, if you had an image that was 200 pixels wide and 50 pixels high
Something to keep in mind that some older browsers are "text-only" and as such they are unable to display images at all. Also some people turn images "off" in their browser settings so they can surf faster, especially if they only have a slow internet connection or older computer. What you can do so that these people know what they should be seeing, is that you can add some "alternative text" that describes your image. This text will appear in place of the image for these browsers. It will also be seen when you hover your mouse above the image on the page.
One thing you may notice as you start adding images to your web page is that the text around them may align in unexpected (and sometimes unattractive!) ways. If you want the image to appear on a line of its own you have two options. First of all you can follow your image tag with a page break
Your second option is to specify for the text to be a new paragraph.
