Ms Budget Travel is planning her next journey somewhere she's not certain exactly where or when. She recently spoke with a friend who was bound and determined to travel by train instead of plane --- it seemed he was demon possessed in his insistence. Upon careful questioning she discovered that he was convinced that the train would be appreciably cheaper --- in this incidence the train would not have been.
