It ain't so bad

Oct 23, 2001 - © Diane Goldberg under the original topic name

As Ms Budget Travel strolled through several airports she noted numerous flight delays, cancelled flights, and whiners. However, the numbers of all of the above did not seem inconsistent with air travel past. Them what is gonna be impatient and pre-Copernican will be that way regardless.

What Ms Budget Travel has noticed is that most airlines are offering deep discounts --- for example at US Airways right now you can purchase an e-saver from Charlotte to Madrid, RT, for $275. Tickets to Tel Aviv from even obscure East Coast cities are under six hundred dollars. Domestic airfares seem lower than they have been in years.

Airfare is really cheap right now.

So, that's it for this week.

Happy trails.
