Health on the road is more complicated than you think

Unless you love chaos Ms Budget Travel insists that the very first things on your packing list need to be whatever medications you'll need for whatever things you normally do to harm yourself. Ms. Budget Travel is personally gifted at self-injurious behavior and after thumbing through phrase books trying to purchase a variety of things that weren't there in languages she did not speak she has learned that a bottle of Pepto-Bismol is a glorious thing.

Don't get all cozy comfy once you've packed your Aspirin or your Midol . . .
