You Win some

The rooms are clean, charmingly decorated and equipped with TVs, hair dryers, and excellent plumbing.

However, the major miracle is the hotel staff. The people at the Grasmere are helpful and informative beyond all expectations. During my brief stay they helped me negotiate public transportation to multiple sites, arrange a good itinerary for seeing the area and consistently went about and beyond the call of duty. The meals are delicious, the location is lovely, and the site is gorgeous.

So, that was my first booking through hotelworld.com it went far better than I expected.

But, what evil lurked in the London hotel booked via hotelworld?
