UKTV Websites of the Year

This past December marked the second annual presentation of the UKTV Site of the Year Awards at Bigglethwaite's UKTV web site. Over 1,000 visitors cast votes in at least one of the ten available categories. Voters were given the option of selecting from a list of pre-selected nominees or writing in their own candidate, which many people did leading to a number of write-in sites being added to the official ballot. In fact one of the write-in sites ended up winning its category! Voters were also asked to choose their "overall favorite" site. These votes were then used to determine the winners of the "Fan Loyalty Awards".
