The book is a solid 296 pages (not counting the footnote pages) and retails for $30. You can purchase it at Borders (my neighborhood branch only had 1 copy), through Amazon.com (they also sell used copies for slightly less money). My library did not have it, nor did they plan to. The library at our university medical center had it, but it was out.

If you find the how and why behind a subject interesting, you won't be disappointed in this book. If you get a chance to hear Dr. Lerner speak, try to attend - he really does make the material come alive.
