There are several videos on how to do BSE on the market. Some include a practice breast that comes with built-in lumps. I came across a website which touts an electronic device for home BSE. I do not know the price, nor the validity of this device. You can check out the website and discuss the usefulness of this device with your doctor. The website is http://www.assurancemed.com/ Please remember that BSE is a useful diagnostic tool, but that is all it is. Monthly BSE can't guarantee that you won't develop breast cancer. We know, however, that the statistics are on your side when you have an early diagnosis. So, please, do your BSE, have an annual clinical breast exam and schedule your mammography appointment!
