PART I - Anti-perspirant is "a" cause of Breast Cancer?

A bit of concern has hit some breast cancer patients and survivors. I received an email about a month ago stating that the leading cause of breast cancer was anti-perspirant. Well, of course, as a breast cancer survivor and a woman that has the chance of re-occurance, I was interested in this. "Is if for real?" I ask myself. I read it and thought, "This makes sense.". But my biggest question of all was who said this, was it a doctor, a scientist, maybe a researcher. Has studies been done to back this information up. It's hard for me to believe anything without some hard proof or at least coming from a person on the medical field that knows what they are talking about. So, I have decided to research it. I still can't say, based on the information I have retrieved so far that I am convinced. I will give you the same information I have received or researched and found and let you make up your own mind.

Before you get started in this, let me tell you that I will have to break this information up in several articles. So, please, read all of them to get all of the information I can provide at this time. I also would like to input, that I searched more than 15 web sites that contain information on Breast Cancer and only one had information on this topic. You will later read some information I gathered from a company that sells products that offers you healthy alternatives through revolutionary nutritional and personal care products. I have also written to them and asked if they could send me or direct me to get "Hard Proof" of this. I got the response from them Monday June 14, 1999 and have included the emails in these articles.

Please, I urge you, tell me your feelings on this through the poll that I have started and through the discussion area. We need to decide and learn once and for all if this is legitimate as it could affect us in the future.

Because I care. Important information about breast cancer I just got information from a health seminar that I would like to share. The leading cause of breast cancer is the use of anti-perspirant.

What?

Yes, ANTI-PERSPIRANT. Most of the products out there are an anti-perspirant/deodorant combination so go home and check your labels. Deodorant is fine, anti-perspirant is not.
