Communications

TIPS Requirement 1: Use a scout skill. They are the easiest, and you can just use your handbook as a source. Knots, cooking, and fire-building are good topics.
Req. 2: Get your ideas on paper. This really helps you think.
Req. 3: Use the link. To demonstrate voice mail and answering machine use, use your counselor's machine.
Req. 4: Check your English books. These reqs can be done at School or at a troop meeting easily.
Req. 5: Remember to take good notes.
Req 6a: Requesting information from a indivual takes a lot less time. Use a free e-mail service like Yahoo or Hotmail.
Req 6b: Use a web-page wizard. It is very simple for the less experienced.
Req 6c: Again, use a wizard on your word-processing software.
Req. 7: Most word-processors have a wizard for resumes, too.
Req. 8: Search for information on jobs like journalism, broadcasting, advertising, etc. One of the links is muy helpful.
