The Derringer Award Nominees 1997

Every now and then, I hear rumors that short mystery fiction is dead. Not so. Below are some of the exceptional short mystery stories from 1997 which are up for the Derringer Award, a new award from the Short Mystery Fiction Society. A couple of them are currently available online.
