Ladies and Gentlemen: Learn Bodybuilding.com is now live!
It's not entirely official yet, there's still some minor touching-up to do, but I thought I might as well let my faithful Suite101.com-readers get the first peek at it!
The main thought behind this site is to capture the fundamentals of bodybuilding in a simple, logical approach. There is sample training programs from Beginner to Advanced, with detailed instructions and descriptions of a plethora of exercises, divided by muscle group and body part. This is made to "snap-in-place" into the training programs. I intend to develop this into a comprehensive training-program resource, where you can basically piece together YOUR ultimate training program, get pointers on form, intensity, and recommendations for changes on a frequent schedule. Like I said, this is not in place right now, but keep your eyes open in the upcoming months! It's a kickass-feature that will make life much easier when it comes to composing an intelligent, effective, and brutal workout! Is that all Learnbodybuilding has to offer? Far from it! There is also numerous published and unpublished articles on everything from how to eat to gain mass to the nitty-gritty details on how to perform the perfect rep. Then there's a weekly poll, where you get to cast your vote on whatever I see fit (usually something regarding gym hogs or the latest stupid diet fad.) The links page is filled with the very best places to go on the web for more information and inspiration, with individual reviews (kind of like here on Suite101.) Last but not least, there's a review feature in progress, where you get to rate your supplements, gym chain, equipment, and everything else that you may love or hate! This piece isn't entirely finished yet, but will be up and running soon enough. So what was that I said about a network of sites? The cybersquatters appears to have missed a lot of good names for fitness-related sites on the web. I couldn't resist snatching the related URLs to get a little network of 3 sites going. These are: Learndieting.com My intention is to bring these live one by one in the order listed above, with the first addition - Learndieting.com - to open the gates in mid-October. Go To Page: 1 2
