training, you're up to Advanced level. This is where you should start using intensity-boosting techniques such as forced reps, drop sets, and supersets. Your body is fully used to the training, so you have to work hard just to rock it out of the comfort zone! The difference between an Advanced and a Beginner-trainer is that even though they struggle equally much, the struggle is caused by way different reasons. While the beginner works hard to master the movements, the Advanced trainer balances between flirting with the impossible and avoiding injury. Make no mistake! This is the stage when you can truly start maxing out - because it's only now that you've learned the movements so well that it's natural, and you can seriously push the limits as far as weights go.
