Hey, guys, guess what? The poll on what you want to read in here in the future is drawing close to an end, and so far I've seen 15 votes. All fine and dandy, right? Sure - if it wasn't for the fact that this poll has been running for almost a month. And considering that there's approx. 150 to 250 persons who read my articles every DAY, simple math tell us that the voter turnout isn't that impressive. Good thing I'm not running for Congress.
Seriously, though, unless the other 99% of you agree with the current "leader," I suggest you make your voice heard. I'm paid to keep you entertained, informed and updated folks, and you know what they say - if you want to keep your audience, give them what they want. ...So wouldn't it be a bummer if I only got requests for weekly updates on Craig Titus' latest bouts with justice (a pro bodybuilder who appearently has a bungee-cord around his waist, with the other end tied to a jail cell), and that was all I ever heard? Fortunately I still get questions and comments, so I get a fair idea of what's interesting, but did you know that you can also use the "comment" function for your convenience? And last but not least, please keep rating my articles. So far I've only had one out of thirtysomething not to be "Good" or "Very Good," but then again, guess which article I had a second look at as the results came in? Oh well, now that I've held my speech of the day, let's get on to what you REALLY wanted to read here today - dieting tips. It's a follow-up on last week's article, as I assume you'll want to alternate dishes from one day to another. However, I'm not going to get that deep into fatloss tricks or calorie amounts for optimum gains and such, as I believe I've covered it fairly thoroughly before. No fancy stuff, just something out of the ol' rice & chicken breasts. Basic, suitable foods, which all require a minimum of preparation (which most of us, honestly speaking, prefer to call by it's true name: "waste of time"). Muffins
