I finally have received my updated copy of the Rules of the Road version M16672.2D. I ran a partial update in January of this year and promised to keep you informed as to more changes. This update should be comprehensive and is based on recommendations of substantial revisions to the nav rules as provided by the USCG . . . .   Capt. Matt
