and Gromit are the creations of Nick Park, who specializes in the Art of stop-motion animation, a pain-staking process that rewards all in the end. At a time when most, if not all films and movies rely heavily on CGI, such work is not only a welcomed relief but a praised one. A praised one because despite its relevant technological crudeness it is perfect. We make a house a home by bringing to it personal touches. Nick Park and his associates have once more made the cathedral of shadows and light a home by way of their personal touches. So, to all those who have avoided it--the movie theater--for so long because there was no reason to do so: Welcome home.
