Overdues!
tone of this article, overdues don't get anyone on my hate-list.
Overdue books *rip off the library in multiple ways, and it even rips off the patrons! Turn your books in on time so we can serve you better.
*I dislike using slang in an article, but didn't think short-change sounded as strong as rip off. I couldn't think of a better word or phrase.
