There can be no peace without transcedental consciousness. Verse 66: "nasti buddhir ayuktasya na cayuktasya bhavana na cabhavayatah santir asantasya kutah sukham" (66) One who is not in transcendental consciousness can have neither a controlled mind nor steady intelligence, without which there is no possibility of peace. How can there be any happiness without peace? Explanation: A person who does not lay the fruits of his penance and effort at the feet of the Lord, does not have a steady mind. A wavering mind brings unrest. There is no peace. There can be no happiness without peace. One who is engaged without a relationship with Krishna is certainly always in distress and is without peace. Verse 67: All of the senses must be engaged in the service of Lord Krishna.
