These verses deal with the orgin anger and lust.

Verse 59:

"visaya vinivartante niraharasya dehinah rasa-varjam raso 'py asya param drstva nivartate"

(59) The soul can be restricted from sense enjoyment, yet craving for sense objects remains. Only a higher taste, can cease this craving. Only such a person is fixed in consciousness.
Explanation: Though we can deprive the sense organs of pleasure, the craving for pleasure still lingers. This craving can be completely eliminated by fixing the mind on Krishna. The higher taste refers to experiencing the beauty of the Supreme Lord Krisnha. One whose thoughts are fixed on the Lord is no longer interested in material things, which are impermanent.
When one is actually Krishna conscious, he automatically loses his taste for worldly things.

Verse 60:

"yatato hy api kaunteya purusasya vipascitah indriyani pramathini haranti prasabham manah"

(60) Lord Krishna said: O Arjuna!! The senses are so strong and impetuous that they forcibly carry away the mind even of a man of intellect who is endeavoring to control them.
Explanation: The Lord warns Arjuna that the forces of material distraction are strong. They can draw a man who is fully engaged in attaining spiritual heights, away from his goal, easily.
There are many learned sages, philosophers and transcendentalists who try to conquer the senses, but in spite of their endeavors, even the greatest of them sometimes fall victim to material sense enjoyment due to the agitated mind.

Verse 61:

"tani sarvani samyamya yukta asita mat-parah vase hi yasyendriyani tasya prajna pratisthita"

(61)One who restrains his senses and fixes his consciousness upon Me, is known as a man of steady intelligence.
Explanation: One who is able to detach himself from the ups adn downs of worldly life is said to be of perfect knowledge. By realising the joy of Krishna consciousness, one can completely control the senses.

This verse stresses on the Bhakti marga or the path of devotion and faith that can work wonders. The other two paths are the path of service and the path of duty.
