Apex Mountain Resort
Located 21 miles south of Penticton, this popular resort offers some of the best skiing in North America. There are plenty of downhill runs for intermediate and advanced skiers as well as beginners. The numerous cross-country skiing trails offer fantastic views along the way. Snow boarding facilities include a new half pipe. There is a regulation size skating rink with hockey nets plus a well maintained ice skating trail. The newest addition is a tube park featuring several fun filled rides.
