Babysitting for More Than One Family at a Time
It is better to be a bit more organized than you might usually be when you have two families in one house. Plan some games, crafts, etc. To keep them busy. Just watch and make sure that the children aren't getting over-excited. This is likely to happen with playmates they aren't used to. If they do, suggest you read a story, or something to calm them down. And most of all, make sure they have fun, and use your judgement.
