This week we will be having a quick update on items covered on previous articles as well as some news that has just been made recently. First, an update on the development of the Babylon 5 Space Combat simulator from Sierra. As you may or may not know, a very early working version of the game has recently been demonstrated at the E3 convention for consumer electronics. Some of the B5 cast were in attendence for the unveiling including Jerry Doyle (Michael Garibaldi) and Mira Furlan (Delenn). All who attended were impressed by the visuals and some of the gameplay. But it does need to be really impressive in order to succeed in an ever increasingly overcrowded games market. You would also need a pretty high-spec machine (A P166 or higher CPU, 32 MB RAM and a 3D Accelerator Card) to get the game going at a decent speed. More information can be found at E3 News. Secondly there is an update on Babylon 5 viewing dates in Canada on The Lurker's Guide. Lastly, for those of you who are concerned about the temporary discontinuation of the show - it is just that, temporary. It is now back on in its regular time slot on TNT.
