Bloopers Galore

After attending a recent convention, I was fortunate enough to pick myself up a copy of a collector's edition of the blooper tape for Babylon 5. It contains all five seasons of bloopers that were never shown. Some 80 minutes long, it was one of the most hilarious pieces of B5 footage I have ever seen. It is clearly worth more than several episodes of B5. The blooper tape features clips from seasons 1 to 5, as well as bloopers from most of the movies made, except I think A Call to Arms.

Most of these moments include your favourite (or maybe least favourite) characters, like Ivanova, Sinclair and Morden. Not only that, part of this footage is so ridiculous it even has outakes from some of the CGI sequences. But, one of my favourites has got to be the blooper with Bill Mumy and a Lost in Space robot, it will leave you gasping for air from the laughter. The tape also includes 2 soundtracks, which is really just a collection of clips with some well known tunes playing in the background.

I don't know if this tape is officially for sale, but if you see it, I fully recommend any budding B5 fan acquire it without delay.
