The Drakh

The drakh are a dark and mysterious race. They had been one of the few who aligned themselves with the shadows during the Shadow war. There is practically very little information on their race, culture or technology so this analysis comes from the scarce info provided by the series.

They were first discovered in season 4 when they wanted to ally themselves with the religious caste of the MInbari in exchange for a homeworld of their own. But Delenn had recognised them as having worked for the Shadows leading to a battle which destroyed a Drakh mothership. The Drakh are a fairly advanced race - which is very obvious given their involvement with the Shadows, and have access to many of the Shadows technological advancements, from which they stole after the Shadows were defeated during the Shadow war - just before Z'Ha'Dum was destroyed.

The Drakh now only want their revenge against not only Sheridan and Delenn, but also Londo (as you may remember him decapitating Mr. Morden). But they do not make their intentions known, instead they manipulated the other races and made them turn against the Centauri and isolating them from the rest of the interstellar alliance.

The Drakh then manipulated the alliance into bombarding Centauri Prime - and the irony is that Londo betrayed the Shadows to save Centauri Prime, unknowingly plunging it into another disaster. The Drakh have not finished their handywork yet.
