Crusade's Cancellation

Mar 5, 1999 - © David Ye

This is just a short update article on some events that has happened concerning crusade in the past week, I have been very busy lately - sorry. Now for those of you who might or might not know - there have been alot of rumours flying around on the net to do with Crusade actually being cancelled.

These rumours have proven to be correct to an extent - that 1. Production on Crusade has been suspended for an indefinite period of time, 2. The airing of Crusade on TNT will go ahead with the 13 episodes made so far, if ratings are good then TNT might reconsider continuing with the show, 3. Plans to port Crusade over to The Sci Fi channel this year has failed - The Sci Fi channel do not have the funds to purchase it,

4. JMS is considering offers from different networks - meaning going back into syndication and on free to air T.V. This will mean Crusade might be relegated to a low priority show. Well that is all the correspondence I have seen so far from the powers at be, there will of course be further updates as news comes to hand. Now, on a lighter note B5 Space combat simulator will probably be released sometime in september this year - cross your fingers! That is it for this week, lets hope better news next time for Crusade.
