Crusade hits another Snag

Recently there has been some very interesting alas disturbing news about the future of Crusade. Now you might be skeptical about all this as just another false alarm (Who wouldn't be?), but this seems very genuine and deadly serious as you will find out later on. So now it seems there is once again trouble brewing in the ongoing saga of producing Crusade (hey, this might go on longer than Cruasde itself), recently news has surfaced that once again the production of Crusade has been suspended to allow for negoitiations, talks and paperwork to take place. Apparantly (though it is very obvious)TNT has not been entirely satisfied with the show and its performance, as such TNT is no longer interested in the show and is very likely to drop it altogether. This would probably be no surprise to fans who have been watching the show on TNT - moving B5 away from its prime time slot to a less convienient and thus favourable timeslot. Also the amount of promotion of new B5 episodes has almost completely dried up - for example only during the closing credits of the current episode that the TV movies "A call to Arms" was announced. This is a very clear sign that TNT wants nothing more to do with the show.

So now Warner Brothers is described as working feverishly to find a new home for Crusade, and indicators are that it will quickly find a new home with the Sci Fi Channel as being the number one contender. What has JMS got to say in the midst of all this? Well he is fantically trying to reassure and calm fans down saying that this stop in production is only temporary and it will resume as soon as this is all sorted out. This latest hurdle is set to cause delays for quite some time and the effects will only diminish Crusade's dwindling popularity. Lets hope the powers at be sort this entire Crusade mess out soon or we may never get to see this promising series. More info can be found at http://www.aint-it-cool-news.com/display...
