Randy Pobst Teams with Alex Job Racing
The Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona is one of the premiere endurance races in the world. It is a marathon of 24 hours, using the strength, wit and grit of every member of the team. Pobst drove car #23 from position number ten to first in class before an oil leak problem caused Job to have to pull the car less than three hours before the finish of the race.
However, in characteristic fashion, Pobst merely said, "We had a good run, got up to the front and stayed there for a while. The car was great and what happenedŠwell, that's racing!"
