Autism Support Mailing Lists

There are many forms of support available to parents who have children with autism. They are local support meetings, mailing lists, message boards, IRC, and chatrooms. They all have their merits and their benefits.

I have assembled here a list of several electronic mailing lists that offer information and provide support. In future columns, I will list other sources of support.

This list is primarily for parents of children with autism. We discuss problems and share info, tips, ideas and inspiration. It is a fairly high volume list - we also allow off topic chat. We're a BIG group of friends! Also covers children with PDD, Asperger's Syndrome, LKS, and other disorders within the autism spectrum as well as Secretin therapy discussion.
