Well, the holiday season will soon be upon us. To celebrate this marvelous time of year, I am having a web design contest. The theme can be Christmas, Kwanza, etc, as long as it is within this special time of year. Now, I am not interested in a disc or CD of designs. Please do your web design on a free web page, such as AOL, WebTV ,Tripod.com, or Angelfire.com. There are thousands of free web pages around. Check out your favorite search engine for a list of free web pages. Okay, now you know to create a free web page with a holiday theme. Now, what skills are required? Just a basic knowledge of html. Poets, please join in on the fun by creating your own holiday season poem and theme for a web page. This is a great chance to show off your writing and computer skills.

Now for the prizes for this contest. First Place is: HTML,The Definitive Guide,the book is vaule at $33.00, a tool for anyone serious about web design, or becoming a professional. Or, for our writing friends, a Writers's Digest Book, you choose. Second Place is a $20.00 gift certificate from Amazon.com, Third Place is a $10.00 gift certificate from Amazon.com, and last of all Fourth Place is a $5.00 dollar gift certificate from Amazon. You have to live in USA to enter.

The contest runs from 11/1 to 12/1. Anyone age 13 to 99, with a physical or mental disability or medical condition can enter here. To enter contest just send your web page url to me.
