Book Review: Aroma: The Magic of Essential Oils in Food and Fragrance

There are times when too many essential oils are called for in a particular recipe. This can be very frustrating to those just starting out or who haven't much of an essential oil budget. Then again at a cover price of $30.00, maybe you should? The illustrative pictures add a nice, rich flare to the work and the recipes are diverse. For someone looking for a new and fresh take on cooking I would highly suggest picking up a copy.
