Georgia 43, NEW ORLEANS 40
Georgia takes a game from the VooDoo in New Orleans and takes the season series from the VooDoo. The Force are to be reckoned with. Certainly the Falcons owners getting involved, and the move to the Phillips Arena, helped the Force. VooDoo still a force in its own right.
Scores:

Georgia 43, NEW ORLEANS 40
Arizona 48, NASHVILLE 35
LOS ANGELES 59, Tampa Bay 28
San Jose 81, Las Vegas 75
Recaps:
Austin at Orlando
Wranglers couldn't wrangle a win in the daunting Jungle at Orlando. Predators remain in thick of Southern Division title race.
Colorado at Dallas
Crush stuns Desperadoes at Dallas. Was Dallas too over confident after its big win over LA last week?
New York at Columbus
A source tells me the game wasn't as close as the score indicated, claiming the Dragons rested starters in fourth quarter. However, this is Arena football. I once saw the pathetic Milwaukee Mustangs overcome a 21 point deficit in the fourth quarter against the eventual ArenaBowl winner and win by 14 points. Can Columbus use this as a moral victory?
Grand Rapids at Philadelphia
Both teams were once coached by Michael Trigg. The Rampage got an ArenaBowl victory from the coach; the Soul didn't. But the Soul wins this game.
Arizona at Nashville
Arizona stops its 7 game losing streak. Nashville gets a chance to stop a seven game losing streak next week.
Tampa Bay at Los Angeles
Loss leaves Storm hurting in its chance to make the playoffs. Quick fact: This franchise has never missed a playoffs in Arena League history. This goes back to its years as the Pittsburgh Gladiators!
San Jose at Las Vegas
San Jose continues on a roll to keep its crown. Was this the same team that was once 1-3 and in the Western cellar?
Week 10 Preview
Game of the Week:
Nashville at Grand Rapids
Okay, you're thinking I'm nuts to pick a game with two one win teams, right? But not too long ago an ArenaBowl was played with Nashville visiting Grand Rapids for the Arena championship. Grand Rapids won the game, but soon lost key players and its coach (to Philadelphia, who fired that same coach a month ago). Nashville, losing two straight ArenaBowls, lost its Kats to Georgia where they became the Force. The Rampage doesn't have championship talent and the Kats are an expansion team this year. But soon these teams could again contend.
