Introduction of a new topic area

Dec 1, 2000 - © Winston Vaughan Schoenfeld

A number of years ago we moved from the big city of Chicago to the second house on the left in the middle of nowhere in rural Central Wisconsin and had to give up the majority of our aquariums and fish. We moved to a much smaller home with no basement, which meant no place to put much of anything. I still have a few special tanks and my brandy snifter with now 12 year old Java Moss and Java Fern. I keep Betta splendens, gouramis and local species on & off. I hope to share my experience and knowledge of the various species of Labyrinth and Cichlid fish I raised, collected information on and enjoyed. Given more space I am sure the tanks would spring up like dandelions here once again.
