The Rent or Buy? Coin Toss

Your view of all these figures will be colored by the personal factors influencing the decision, naturally. It could fall anywhere in the range from "I knew I'd find out I'll never be able to buy a house" to "See? I can manage this, just like I knew all along". Consider your conclusions, research the home offerings in your neighborhood, and then decide whether homeownership is out of reach right now, for the next few years, or in reach with a little planning and sacrifice. If owning a home is something you always wanted, chances are good that there will be a way to make it happen. If it is something you never wanted, well, at least you have done the research and know that renting is your best decision. In the final analysis, to rent or buy is more than just a coin toss-moving your money around to see where it falls-it's realizing what makes a home for YOU.
