Problem: The Shower Gets Hot/Cold When Someone Flushes

This is not really a problem and it cannot be easily fixed. In fact, the entire piping system would need work to correct it.

Hmmm...I wasn't sure what you meant by "flipping the handle"? If you mean jiggling it, you might have a loose chain. Check your chain inside the tank. It might need to be shortened. Otherwise, che ...
