level is so high that it leaks out of the lid or if there is a crack in your tank. The water level can be lowered several ways, including adjusting the floating ball. If the tank or the seal need to be replaced, call the maintenance man.
Problem: The Shower Gets Hot/Cold When Someone Flushes
This is not really a problem and it cannot be easily fixed. In fact, the entire piping system would need work to correct it.
