Although Noyes' original dream of a "perfect" society no longer exists, the Oneida Community lives on by Oneida Ltd.'s embracing some of the same ideals. The dignity of work has been a constant theme; every job is recognized as an important contributor to the company's success. This firmly rooted philosophy represents an enduring strength for the company as it approaches a new century.
