The Slaughter, Part Four

Enoch Allen Another week, another overdue article. And to add insult to injury to my faithful readers, guess what--this article will be shorter than the last installment. I apologize for that. As soon as I get everything straightened out here, my output will increase tenfold. This installment is mainly perspective, since the animation community has been fairly inactive. I haven't seen much action from the CEO's, and the things that I have seen aren't worth reporting. Well, maybe they are . . . Stargate Infinity looks to be a very promising animated series. Based--loosely--on the Stargate franchise, and set in the not-too-distant future, the series focuses on the adventures of a well-disciplined interplanetary team. Exactly what they actually do is beyond me at this point, partly because I've only had time to watch three episodes of the slickly-animated show. Fox Box is headed in the right direction with airing this series, which is fairly audacious in scope. This program is yards better than the Alienators crap that premiered on the same block, a year ago. This is the last of the Slaughter installments, but future articles will travel farther in terms of discussing the state of televised animated programming.
