With the number of American tourists down by quite a lot, the French tourism industry in particular realizes how much it misses its American patrons.
Dollar Signs
Last year while I was earning my pay in Euros, the Dollar was high, making my U.S. vacation a bit less of a spending spree than I would have liked. Right now, I'm being paid in American Dollars and the Dollar is low. Shopping in Paris was a little less of a treat than I would have liked.
