Cute, young and talented? Well how about two out of three. Recently
_Time Magazine_ ran a story on them and dubbed them the British, and female
version of the New Kids on the Block. How true can this possibly be? It fits them well. In the same respect as the New Kids were, the Spice
Girls are very well produced. And no I don't mean they have a very tight
sound. Tight pants maybe, but sound no. This group was clearly produced
with MTV's audience in mind. Horny young men. Just imagine what Beavis
and Butthead might say when watching a Spice Girls' video, well it's
probably not worth repeating but you get the idea,I'm sure. Needless to
say, sex sells and they're simply selling it hot and spicy style. Is it a
statement about society as a whole when one of the top selling singles in
the world is by an "artist" like these ladies... I guess the names
change but in the long run the game is still the same.
