Well the first chills of winter are with us here in Australia (Oz). It is my delight to announce that Murray Cubis has another Bulb list out, just in time for a little winter cheer.

The beauty of his bulbs lies in their healthy large size and their marvellous low price.

  • AGAPANTHUS hyb. Free flowering semi-dwarf, evergreen agapanthus raised by a Sydney nurseryman. Pale blue with deeper blue stripes. $3.00 ea

  • AGAPANTHUS INAPERTUS ALBUS White Drooping Agapanthus' Pendulous white tubular flowers on 60-80cm stems in summer. Very rarely offered deciduous agapnthus. $7.00 ea

  • AGAPANTHUS INAPERTUS Var.Hollandii "Drooping Agapanthus" Hardy and elegant deciduous species with umbels of pendulous sky blue tubular flowers in summer.Very free flowering 40-50cm. $5.00 ea

  • ALLIUM HYMENORHIZUM Possibly the first offering in Oz of this attractive drumstick-type allium.Dense heads of purplish-pink flowers on tall stems in late Spring,early Summer. Easy and hardy allium from western Siberia. 50-60cm. $3.00 ea limit One

  • ALLIUM OBLIQUUM Unusual lemon yellow golf ball sized heads of tighly packed flowers with strongly exerted stamens. Spring and summer 50cm. $2.50 ea
