Moraea - Part 5flower appreciates water while growing; in habitat it is found on seasonally watered slopes in tufts of sedges and grasses [Goldblatt] . This species has strong violet blue flowers, set off with yellow nectar guides. Most attractive, flowers from mid November onwards.
Flowers bright orange, with orange yellow nectar guides. This species is easily distinguished by its deep orange flowers with intense peacock green edged nectar guides. Flowers in September.
