Walking: We all know the feeling of getting lost in a sunset, or getting mesmerized by a breath taking view. We become so consumed by the beauty around us, that we forget about our other problems. It's like meditation that transports us to a different world. It's a great way to rid your body of stress. Take frequent nature walks. Watch the magnificent sunset. Listen to good music and let it transport you to distant realms. Stop and smell the roses and marvel at its beauty. Give yourself time, and opportunity to indulge your senses. All that pleases the senses, calms the mind as well.

Yoga's greatest health benefit may simply be the art of living in the moment. Yoga can improve the blood flow, make arteries and veins more elastic, and help lower blood pressure.
