Positive Thinking: Become aware of, and change, negative thoughts of powerlessness, failure and despair. Negative suggestion greatly contributes to stress, while chronic stress makes us vulnerable to negative suggestion, creating a vicious Catch 22.
1. Situations where we can do something to change the outcome. In this case, don’t just sit and worry about it. Take control into your own hands, and take care of it. Procrastination is the root cause of many stressful experiences. 2. The second situations are those you have no control over. In this case, sitting and worrying about it won't change the outcome. Either allow the situation to resolve itself, or change the way you view this situation. The "Serenity Prayer" of theologian Rheinhold Niebuhr, adopted by Alcoholics Anonymous, reflects this so well: God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; Qigong (pronounced as 'chee gung') is a household name in China associated with a broad range of mental and physical exercises generally regarded as beneficial to health maintenance and health improvement. Qigong is a self-healing art that combines movement and meditation for the cultivation of mind and body, and for the betterment of character and destiny. By cultivating one's mind and body, one can change one's innate character for the better, gain a clear perspective of one's life in relation to this world, and realize a purpose in life. In general, it enables one to live a healthy, purposeful, and productive life, changing one's destiny for the better. QI(CHI) = ENERGY Rest: A simple concept, yet how many of us actually make time each day to just breathe, and empty our minds of life’s chaos. It takes training and purposeful effort to take a regular time-out, and simply be in the moment. So many of us feel guilty if we enjoy downtime, but the truth is unless you take time to restore your energy, you’re not able to give your all to anyone or anything – most of all, yourself.
