Thoughts for Food

When you habitually get stuck in rewind mode, you can begin to feel dislocated from yourself, from others, and from the world in general. Your essential self gets restless and demands attention. Like a pilot light, it's never completely extinguished. It may be hidden, but it creates an uncomfortable stirring, relentlessly doing what it must to be heard. It’s merely a wake-up call to our souls – a sign that perhaps we’ve gotten stuck in a mind warp. Until we pay attention, it will continue to create a sense of inner chaos. That’s anxiety!
