Medical Assistance Plan (MAP)

them daily or twice daily or even thrice daily. Listen to your intuition.

When your session is over, it is important (unless you fall asleep, which you may) to close the circle. I personally like to do this by saying "thank you," to each group in turn. In other words, thank your Higher Self, thank your MAP team, thank Pan and thank the Overlighting Deva of Healing each in their turn to end your treatment session.

I know that this process sounds very odd. It IS very odd. But it is, or has been for me, very powerful indeed. I didn't expect it to be either. Despite my Reiki experience, I really thought it was a bunch of hooey. Much to my astonishment, I had a deep (sobbing) emotional release and a very amazing physical healing. What's extra lovely is that the MAP teams work for free and are available on your time schedule. All they really ask of you is your participation and cooperation and acknowledgement of your healing through the expression of gratitude. I don't think the gratitude is actually for them. It is for you. In almost every esoteric tradition I have studied, gratitude is a sacred and powerful form of prayer and attunement with what is good and true in life. Hawaiian shamanism has a mantra which goes "energy flows where attention goes," which means, essentially, that we draw to us more of that on which we focus our attention. Focus on your blessings and your joys and you bring more joy and abundance to you. Focus on what you DON'T have and you re-enforce the not having. Gratitude is a way of giving attention to your blessings.

So, that's a very brief description of the Medical Assistance Plan. I think it's awesome. I know that it works. You have nothing to lose by trying it and everything to gain.

I wish for all of you, the blessings and loving healing attention of the Overlighting Deva of Healing, of Pan, of your Personal MAP team, and of course, of your Higher Self. I am profoundly grateful for the gift of healing I have received from them and for the gift of having this column in which to share it with you.

May your lives be filled with peace and joy and healing. NAMASTE.
