Emotional Freedom TechniquesI have also used it help me cope with my fears about not having a place to live or any solidified plans for the future. Whether it is EFT or that I am delusional, I am feeling very happy. It's not that I have no fear about the future, it's simply that the fear is not overtaking me. That's the best way I can think of to describe it. I can't guarantee that everyone will have as much success as I'm having with EFT. And there are things I haven't tested it on yet.
