41. Letting Goirony that arises out of "letting go" with ease. It is that the more one is able to let things go without stress, it seems the younger one remains in spirit. Think about it. When I was six years old it was a combination of fear and ego to "let go" of my blanket of security. At 57 things really haven’t changed that much. It is still that same combination, fear and ego. The good news is that I’ve gotten so good at practicing to "let go," no matter what it is that challenges me, I waste very little time with discomfort. I am able to embrace change with grace, much excitement, and a continued feeling of awe and wonderment at how much more there is to experience yet in life.
