35. Time For Spring Cleaningbe too daunting of a task. For instance, take one drawer at a time and completely toss out every single dried up ink pen; try that key in every lock to see where it works and either label it or toss it also. Keep in mind that the goal is to "Toss" or throw out, clean out. At first one may feel hesitant to toss out something completely useable. If this is the case, start a give-away-box to donate to a school, church, rest home, any group who can use such items. Once one begins, the momentum will build and it becomes easier, trust me. Besides just thoroughly cleaning out, start moving and rearranging the furniture, pictures, knickknacks, etc. You’ll be surprised at what a huge difference it makes to walk into the same room again. You’ll probably even begin to feel motivated to paint the room a new color and change the whole color scheme. The fact of the matter is that this job list is endless. It is delusional to think that one is ever completely done with "clearing/cleaning up" with anything. This is what life is after all, ever changing cycles, hopefully with growth and always for the better. The good news is that spring comes every year, each time with that new burst of color and fresh air to breathe. What better way to stay fresh one’s self, than to keep control over one’s dust and clutter... the rewards can be greater than one can even imagine. Happy cleaning y’all!!
