Stretching Exercises: hamstrings, quadriceps

Kneel down. Open up your legs and feet enough so that you can sit between them. Put your hands on the floor behind you and lean back as far as possible. Do not go too far in order not to over-stretch the knee. This stretch should be used sporadically since it is not perfectly safe. Get to the point of a mild stretch and hold between 10 to 30 seconds.
